¹ About PoolSpace collections
PoolSpace allows individuals to create shared money pools for events or group purposes. PoolSpace does not provide banking, savings, investment, or interest-bearing products. Funds contributed to a pool do not earn interest and are collected for the sole purpose specified by the pool creator.
PoolSpace acts as a facilitator for collections and payouts and does not control, manage, or direct how funds are ultimately used by the recipient.
² Payouts & responsibility
Pools are paid out to the bank account details provided by the pool creator. PoolSpace does not verify ownership of the recipient bank account beyond basic validation checks required for payment processing.
Contributors acknowledge that:
- They are voluntarily contributing funds
- PoolSpace is not responsible for disputes regarding how funds are used
- Contributions are generally non-refundable once paid out
PoolSpace may delay, pause, or cancel payouts where required to comply with legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention obligations.
³ Payments & risk notice
All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. PoolSpace does not store card or bank details.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure secure processing, contributors acknowledge that:
- Capital is not protected by deposit insurance schemes
- PoolSpace is not liable for losses caused by incorrect pool details, recipient information, or misuse of funds by the pool creator or recipient

PoolSpace charges a 7% service fee, which will be clearly disclosed before a contribution is completed.
